Lorne Holmes has been an inspector
with AHI for over 5 years and has completed nearly 2000 inspections. He is an expert on restoration of old homes and has completed
many large estate inspections. He is available in all areas.
Jim Stott has been with AHI for 5 years
and has completed over 1000 inspections. He takes his time with you to answer all your questions. He is well versed on a large
range of subjects from environmental issues to remodeling to required maintenance. Most say it’s like having your dad
at the home inspection.
A.J. Apple by is our detail guy at
AHI. He is by far one of the most thorough inspectors you will ever meet. Without being an alarmist he can explain any problem
in a way that makes sense and He is quick to return if you have questions after moving in.

is our “Country Inspector” He has spent many years in and around Culpeper. He is a prolific handyman and can describe
nearly any repair. He has been specially trained for country properties and all their special charachter including barns,
wells septic systems run-in and loafing sheds, and of course termite inspections. |

Boswell is our Environmental Specialist. He is uniquely qualified in our company to perform Radon and Mold Testing.
He is also fully trained in abatement procedures for both. Additionally he is our primary Well, Septic, and Termite inspector. |

and J.R. West are our newest inspectors. Chuck was formerly a sub navigator and J.R. was a Helicopter pilot.
Both have received state of the industry training and passed the National Home Inspectors Exam. Together they are CJR Inspections
serving KingGeorge, Spotsylvania, and Caroline counties. |

is our structural engineer. He is fully certified with the State of Virginia as a Professional Engineer. He is also
a fully trained Home inspector. Originally from Jordan, you will find his accent charming and his reports are delivered promptly. |
